Dr. Ibrahim is associate professor of educational technology, College of Education, at Arkansas Tech University. Dr. Ibrahim has taught in the United States, Egypt, Yemen and Germany. He holds a Ph.D. and Master’s degree from Oklahoma State University, Munich University and a Bachelor’s degree from Cairo University, Egypt. His scholarship efforts include original research such as publications of articles in scholarly journals; conference proceedings; presentations at conferences, reviewing articles, journals, book, book chapters, grant proposals, conducting regional, national, and international workshops and presentations; supervising of graduate research projects, as well as serving on doctoral committees and advising graduate research projects. Dr. Ibrahim’s research focuses on educational technology, online, hybrid and face to face teaching strategies, multimedia and cognition. Dr. Ibrahim also serves on regional, national and international professional educational organizations, committees and academic journals such as the American Educational Research Association (AERA), the Arkansas Association of Teacher Educators (ArATE), the Society for Information Technology and Teacher Education (SITE), the Association for the Advancement of Computing in Education (AACE), Transactions on Education Journal (IEEE), Contemporary Issues in Technology and Teacher Education (CITE), the American Journal of Distance Education (AJDE), the Association of Teacher Educators (ATE) and International Journal for Innovation Education and Research (IJIER).
