Expertise: Hart’s research interests include the role of the superintendent and education finance issues. His research has appeared in the Journal of Education Finance and the Journal of School Leadership and he has presented at a variety of state and national conferences. He completed his B.A. at Wake Forest University and his M.A. and Ed.D. at UNC Charlotte. He was a member of the initial doctoral cohort in educational leadership at UNC Charlotte.
