Dr. Yamaguchi's research background includes detecting malingered cognitive impairment, face perception, hemispheric differences, time perception, and emotions. He has presented his research results at meetings of the American Psychological Association, the Association for Psychological Science, and the Society for Neuroscience. He is currently working with undergraduate and graduate students on multiple research projects, including face perception and social categorization.
