His research focuses on the development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based interventions designed to enhance performance, well-being, and mental health in athletes. Along this line, he is interested in athletes’ attitudes toward sport psychology consultation and psychological services, motivation to engage in services, and actual utilization of such services. His research also focuses on supervision in sport psychology including best practices, supervisor competence, and supervisee competence. As a practitioner, he provides sport psychology services to athletes, teams, and coaches to assist them in the pursuit of their goals.
