My primary research interest lies in examining stress and resilience, with an emphasis on exploring the feasibility and effectiveness of wellness-promoting interventions. Specifically, I research personal factors (e.g., perfectionism) that precipitate stress-proneness, and ways to enhance optimal functioning through mindfulness-based interventions. I draw attention to whether cultivating mindfulness increase eudaimonic well-being and am interested in the meaning-making process as a mechanism through which well-being is built and experienced. I frequently use online modalities for interventions.
