Expertise: I am very interested in conducting research on the topics of teacher retention and teacher-action research. In essence, I believe that teacher retention increases if they are delivering effective classroom instruction based on routinely engaging in teacher-action research. Furthermore, it is my hope to begin initiating research in these two areas within the next year.
